Shipping rates vary depending on region and are calculated when your shipping information is entered during the checkout process. Most orders ship within 2-5 business days from the time of the order is placed. Please note that transit times for the delivery method you select do not include order processing time.
INVENTORY LEVELS BACKORDERS & PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Inventory Levels: Our website offers styles and designs based on inventory available in all our warehouses combined. Therefore, there is the possibility that an item you purchase may not be available to ship to you. You will be contacted if you need to make a substitution on an unavailable item.
Backorders: Most items available for purchase online will be in stock, however, due to fluctuations in Internet sales, and variations in our various warehouse inventories certain items may not be available. If your order contains an item that is on backorder, your order will not ship until the item is in stock.
Pre-order items: Product listed as a pre-order item online are not currently in stock. However, you will be charged for pre-order items at the time of checkout. If you place an order for multiple items that includes one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until it can be shipped complete.
Canadian Orders - orders shipping to a Canadian address will ship from our Canadian warehouse and are subject to GST (as well as PST for B.C. residents).
U.S Orders - orders shipping to a U.S address will ship from our U.S. warehouse and are subject to applicable state taxes.
